The New Mexico Courts’ Safe Surrender Program, managed by the Court Operations Analysis Team (COAT), is hosting Safe Surrender events throughout the state. These events are designed to reduce risks to law enforcement and individuals with outstanding warrants while promoting compliance with court orders in a safe and organized environment. Local justice partners, including law enforcement, community organizations, and legal advocates, are encouraged to attend our Safe Surrender event.
